Following your child’s interview and application review, we’ll share the outcome and guide you through the next steps.
Once you receive an offer, simply sign the enrolment agreement and pay the registration fee by the offer deadline to secure your child’s place. We’ll confirm enrolment in writing and help your family prepare for a confident start at EduPlanet.

A few practical answers.
What information do I need for the application?
The application form asks for parent and learner details and lists the supporting documents to provide. Previous academic results and behaviour information form part of the school’s review, where applicable.
Can I apply without completing the form online?
Yes. Download the PDF application form, print and complete it. The form lists the supporting documents. Contact accounts@eduplanet.co.za if you need help returning it.
How do I arrange a school visit?
Make an appointment and let the team know the grade you are considering. Choose an available time and complete your booking in Google Calendar. Learners in Grade 1 and above take part in a phase-appropriate interview.
Where can I get uniform guidance?
Before buying uniforms, contact the accounts office to confirm the current requirements for your child’s grade. Email accounts@eduplanet.co.za or call 041 451 1046.
Is aftercare included in the school fees?
Aftercare is an optional service arranged separately. Reception can confirm the current availability, hours and fees. Stationery is also not included in school fees.
Can I apply after the deadline?
Late applications are considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability. Contact the accounts office about the grade you need.
When is my child’s place confirmed?
After approval, accept the enrolment agreement and pay the registration fee by the deadline in your offer. Written enrolment confirmation follows acceptance and payment.
